Yes and no. This Konela-turbo is so-called "after market turbo" and it is impossible to use for comparison engine, (konela-turbos effot +20%).Algselt postitas: robi
What about Konela turbo lada?
Sadly I could not find any acceleration figures or the power output exept what is mentioned in the article 32 sec 1km.
If it was a road legal version of Lada in Finland, then by the law it should be legal to add +20% power to the turbo version output, not the 84hp (regular engine).
If this turbo version would be made in Togliatti, and if it would be generally available in europe and in finland, it would be comparision model. Now it is not.
These turbo-ladas was not succes in Finland. Konela made only few cars with turbo. It was expensive and untrustworthy compared to normal lada.
Stockmann made also these aftermarket turbo-version, they used Ford Sierra 1.3 cars in this use. Effort 1.3 engine with turbo was about 100hp.
Interesting question is: Do you have any documents about lada with wankel-engine? It is made in Togliatti and available in russian and maybe in europe.
